COST | $50.00 per couple, $25.00 per single (Includes Maxi-VII Reunion Booklet and all events for the weekend, except the cost of the class photo and the cost of the brunch.) Brunch Note: If you plan to attend the brunch on Sunday morning, there is an additional $6 per person charge Make checks payable to the: 1950 Maxi Reunion Fund Class Photo Note: Cost of an optional 8x10 color photograph of each class will be $12 additional. This includes the cost of mailing the photo to you. You may be in the class photo without purchasing one! If you want a photo, you must pay Bailey Studio at the time the photo is taken. If you will not be attending, but would still like a photo, send your separate check payable to Bailey Studio for $12 with your registration. |
RESERVATIONS | Mail your reservation and questionnaire to your Class Reunion secretary. If your spouse is also a graduate of the 50's, but in a different year, each of you will receive a questionnaire. Send separate checks and questionnaires, each to his/her own class reunion secretary. |
BOOSTERS | If you cannot attend the MAXI-VII REUNION, you can be a booster of the CHS MAXI-VII REUNION booklet by completing the Booster form and sending $10 for the cost of printing the booklet. Your contribution will entitle you to receive a booklet by mail. |

If you have not already returned your
registration, do so as soon as possible,
whether you plan to attend or not. The Maxi-VII Reunion committee needs your response in order to know how much food, how many reunion booklets, name tags, etc. to order. If you have already registered, please do not return another one.
We are looking forward to a great MAXI-VII REUNION and hope you will make your plans NOW to attend. Thank you for any information and reservations you have sent. For the convenience of all and to accommodate those with health problems, the Elks Lodge will be a smoke-free building during the MAXI-VII REUNION; we will appreciate your cooperation while attending the MAXI-VII REUNION. As of April 12, 2011 there were 239 CHS 50's grads, spouses, and others who are planning to attend; so, please encourage your classmates to attend! If you wish to have a MAXI-VII REUNION picture of your class, the cost will be $12, due at the time the pictures are taken. |
